By accessing or using JoinMeIn, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These Terms apply whether you use JoinMeIn on the web, on iOS, or on Android.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use JoinMeIn. By using the platform you confirm that you are 18 or older. We collect your date of birth at sign-up to enforce this. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove the account and delete the associated data.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour on JoinMeIn. Objectionable content includes content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, harassing, discriminatory, defamatory, or that promotes illegal activity, self-harm, or the exploitation of minors. By using JoinMeIn you agree not to post it, and you accept that we may remove it and terminate your account without notice.
To keep the community safe, we provide and maintain:
Conduct that endangers a minor is reported to the appropriate authorities. See our Child Safety Standards. To report something urgently, use the in-app tool or email support@joinmenow.io.
Meeting people in person. JoinMeIn connects you with people you may not know. We do not conduct criminal background checks on members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and use your own judgement. Report anyone who makes you feel unsafe.
JoinMeIn offers an optional auto-renewing membership and one-time boost purchases. On iOS and Android these are billed by Apple or Google, renew automatically until cancelled, and are cancelled and refunded through the store you bought them from, not by us. The full price list, trial terms, renewal terms, cancellation steps for both stores, and refund process are set out in our Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand what we collect, which device permissions we ask for, how your data is protected, and the choices available to you.
All content, features, and functionality of the platform, including design, text, graphics, and logos, are the property of JoinMeIn and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in harmful behavior, or misuse the platform in any way.
You can delete your account and its data at any time. No email or phone call required. Open Profile → Settings → Delete account in the app and confirm, or use our Account Deletion page if you no longer have the app installed. Deletion is completed within 14 days; a limited record may be kept where the law requires it or to protect community safety, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription, cancel that in the App Store or Google Play first.
JoinMeIn is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including user interactions, experience participation, or technical issues.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JoinMeIn from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
Apple. These Terms are between you and JoinMeIn only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to it. The standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and is incorporated by reference. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Google. Use of the app obtained from Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and JoinMeIn only, not with Google, and Google is not responsible for the app or its content.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
