Terms of Use (EULA) & Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Terms

JoinMeIn offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium hosting and engagement features within the App. The available subscription options, billing cycle, and pricing are as follows:

The subscription is a monthly, auto-renewing membership. Prices are charged in U.S. Dollars; prices in your local currency may vary and are always shown at the point of purchase, along with the length of the subscription, before you confirm. Applicable taxes may be added. Prices listed here are current as of the "Last updated" date above and may change with notice.

One-Time Boosts (Non-Renewing)

Separately from the subscription, you can buy individual boosts as one-time consumable purchases. These are not subscriptions: they do not auto-renew, they expire when the listed duration ends, and they are consumed on use.

Automatic Renewal

• Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase to your Apple ID (iOS) or your Google Play account (Android), depending on where you bought the subscription.
• Your subscription automatically renews for the same period (monthly) unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the selected plan.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions after purchase.
• Subscriptions purchased on one platform are managed by that platform. An iOS purchase cannot be cancelled from Google Play, and vice versa.

2. Free Trial & Billing

• Eligible new users may receive a free trial (currently 7 days). During the trial you have access to the App's premium features at no charge. Free trials are offered at our discretion, are limited to one per user, and the exact trial length and price after the trial are always shown to you before you confirm the purchase.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid auto-renewing subscription, and your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for the selected plan.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the free trial period ends, using the steps in the Cancellation Policy below.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. To cancel:

On iPhone or iPad (App Store)

You can also manage Apple subscriptions at any time via apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

On Android (Google Play)

You can also manage Google Play subscriptions at any time via play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

Deleting the App or deleting your JoinMeIn account does not cancel an active subscription. You must cancel it through the store you purchased from using the steps above.

4. Refund Policy

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not by us. Refunds are handled directly by the store you purchased from, and we are unable to issue refunds for those purchases ourselves.

• App Store purchases: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or by contacting Apple Support. Refunds are subject to Apple's terms and policies.
• Google Play purchases: request a refund at Google Play's refund page. Refunds are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service and refund policy.

Where consumer protection law in your country gives you a statutory right of withdrawal or refund (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right in the EEA and UK), that right applies regardless of the above. Contact us at support@joinmenow.io and we will help you exercise it. Payments made outside the app stores are processed by Stripe and are refundable by us directly.

5. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device that you own or control. On iOS, this license is limited to Apple-branded devices and is granted in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. On Android, it is granted in accordance with the Google Play Terms of Service.

6. Eligibility & Acceptable Use

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. By using the App you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have not previously been removed from the platform. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are removed and their data deleted.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users;
• Post content that is illegal, offensive, infringing, or that violates the rights of others;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or modify the App except as permitted by law;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems;
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by JoinMeIn and is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a license to host and display it as necessary to operate the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoinMeIn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy, Community & Account Deletion

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, which device permissions we ask for, and how you stay in control, and by our Community Guidelines, which set the standards of behaviour on the platform.

You can delete your account and its data at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete account in the App, or from our Account Deletion page. Remember to cancel any active subscription in the App Store or Google Play first, deleting your account does not cancel it.

11. App Store & Google Play Terms

Apple (iOS). Unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with us, the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App and is incorporated by reference. You can review it here: Apple Standard EULA. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and JoinMeIn only, not with Apple; that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App; that Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Google (Android). Your use of the App obtained from Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. These Terms are between you and JoinMeIn only, not with Google, and Google is not responsible for the App or its content.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
